I don't know.. I got bugged where I couldn't do anything and usually if you log out and back in, it will be fixed.. so I did that but when I logged back in my screen was all blue other than my toolbar :( Tried logging into different servers everything, no go.
I didn't really try anything.. the guy on the forum said the only info he'd found on the forum so far said that the only way to fix it was to delete character :(

To fix this problem
Go to C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest Next Landmark
Delete the folder Cache
Delete the .ini files named -
DeepGraphicsWrapper
Graphics
Uninstaller
UserOptions
VLD
ClientConfig
FORCE A FILE CHECK
Reboot the game and 95% of the time it will work.
Failing that try selecting a different server on the char select screen, as that should force a zone change, and re-position your character back at the spawn in point.
