More than likely i'll roll with warrior or paladin, but if i get to envious of dragoons jumping around i'll join up with them x_x. In my free time i'll be with Mighty roleplaying a fisherman lol.
Do we know how many Gladiator and Marauder mains there are going to be? I made a Gladiator during phase 4, and that's what I mainly played in the previous betas. During the error period, I made a Marauder on one of the Japanese servers and got it to 19. I know I want to be a tank, I really enjoy the Gladiator but I also enjoyed the Marauder. Which do you guys think we need more of to keep things relatively balanced? After playing the Marauder, I think I'd enjoy either. So it comes down to what's best for the guild. Just let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
I've never been in the other games with the guild but I thought I'd contribute my 2 cents Xig. Play the class you enjoy. Because even if we have only one paladin and 3 warriors in a raid it can work out. We merely have to adjust our tactics to our setup. So for start just pick the one you like more. After all there is plenty of time to level the other one as well.
For me I'm going to start off with the Arcanist's Summoner/Scholar. I love casters or being ranged. Later I might do White mage past 32 (Stoneskin is amazing) . Also Bard seems cool, but that's all for after Summoner/Scholar.
Yeah, thing is I enjoy them both lol. So either would be good. And I definitely like Balance. I'll probably just keep the Gladiator for now since he is already 20. And work on Marauder later once capped. Always been more of a sword n board type anyways. Just wanted some input. Looking forward to tanking for everyone :)
I was planning to go scholar, but I don't really like the way they look and not sure how good I am about healing dungeons since as arn I was just a dps other than healing my carby. Also really sucks that arn can't use cleric stance (unless there's some trick like I have to be higher lvl), so putting all my points into mind won't be real great for soloing stuff and that also means I will have to collect 2 sets of gear at 50, 1 int set for when I want to go kill stuff on my own, then a mind set for healing. Of course I am sure I will get every class to 50 eventually so as long as I lvl'd something like thurm I could just go solo with that. I'm sure I will still stick with the idea of scholar for now though until I at least get to try it out.
