Friends keys are given if you participate at certain times. Usually its for something specific like a Stress test. And yes this is my second key, but I had the first one for being in very early closed beta.

At the moment its a Tuesday-Saturday deal. This is my one friend key. And friend keys work by being linked together. So anything done with the account can and will harm mine.

Yeah I heard they added that as a countermeasure to people selling them. I wouldn't mind a key though if anyone has any extras.
