Just wanted to bring something to everyone's attention. Quests. Now what I say here won't matter in Open Beta. There are 3 cities each with areas going up to around late 30's to mid 40's. All these areas will have Quests. Quests are one of the easiest ways to level solo. With 8 classes it would be very difficult if not impossible to level them all up on quest hubs. Now you can easily level two classes in the same city and splitting the quests. My point being you won't be able to level all the classes with quests. Now it will take awhile to do all the quests, but think about the Jobs you want to do. Narrow down the ones you want to do first. With the knowledge of EXP boosts from Free Companies and from having a higher level battle class it won't be as hard as some other games. But think about which Jobs to do, so you can have an idea of what classes to level and what areas those will be in. Now the simplest solution for this, (and probably won't need one for a long while), would be to get the guild in a sort of open world raid to skillchain fate monsters. Or get groups together to quickly run Guildhests (the early Guildhests reward about 4k-5k exp and can be completed swiftly). Just some more ramblings hope it helps.
Since we have 3 cities each with their own quests, I think it would be best to use them to level the two classes that your main job will pull skills from. One class per city.
After that, aside from all of the exp bonus stuff, we will have hunting logs, fates, guildleves, dungeons, class quests, and maybe more to level the other classes with.
Also, I'm sure this will come naturally to most just by playing, but for those that may have limited time to play this weekend I recommend unlocking guildleves during P4. That way when they take the servers offline for that week, you'll have all those guildleves built up.
