Enhancement = +38 Endurance, +19 Power, +48 Surge Rating

Champion/Columi Eliminator's Gloves & Helmet
Champion/Columi Enforcer's Gloves & Helmet

If you are BM status, you may want to spend your extra champion commendations on these items and rip these enhancements out. I know I am going to =)

You can get some power/surge enchancements from IA champion/columi gear. That's where I got all of mine from.

I just spent all my champ comms on this to pimp out my PvP DPS set.

Will buy more to do my PVE DPS set afterwards.

The operative champion helmet has these enhancements.

Still ended up with about 28% crit rate and 77% crit mult and a shitload more power.
