Don't have link, will find it later, but they said no obs on launch :(.

That means the meta will be way slower developing, and the skill curve will ramp up much slower if GW1 is any indication.

Yes he means observers. It's a bad thing for the meta to develop, it's a good thing for the really skilled teams that are able to keep their builds a secret.

Same debate happened with SC2.

Yeah, it won't be at launch but they did say they were gonna add it post launch. How long after launch is the question, though. Maybe they can have an option to turn it off though when you create a game if you didn't want people seeing your team builds.
