Fixed the link. The general idea was to try and max out on traits that give Vigor so I can keep dodging. The break down was 0/20/0/20/30. Full berserk gear with 5/6 soldier runes and one eagle. Weapon sigils for stacking power and a chance on hit (don't remember which) and knight jewelry for some vitality. The utilities were cleansing fire, mist form, and arcane shield.
